Dont Laugh at me
Don't Laugh at me is a project developed by Paul Stookey, of the famous folk troupe Peter Paul and Mary. As a part of FESTA's community outreach, we undertook this event to teach self esteem, reduce bullying, and teach kids to speak up for themselves, and for others.
The Velveteen Rabbit
Festa performed this enchanting childrens classic at the Teatro Della Pergola for the Meyer Childrens Hospital. Our special guest star was John Malkovich.
Macbeth
One of the best loved of all of Shakespeare's tragedies, Macbeth has it all - drama, intrigue, witches, blood, gore, and sex.
We will be performing Macbeth at Florence's Bargello Museum July 8 - July 12th. We are recruiting actors and technicians from all over the world.

Peter and the Wolf
Currently in rehearsal, Peter and the Wolf is an annual holiday celebration, and our gift to the citizens of Florence.
Involving 18 child actors, a 25 member childrens chorus, a 12 piece professional orchestra, professional actors, and scores of volunteers - Peter is becomming a Florentine Holiday Tradition.
Last year, Peter was seen by over 2100 residents of Florence, and featured a special performance featuring Florences own Mayor Domenici, and the Consulate General of the United States, Ms. Nora Dempsey.
This year, we will be featuring the president of the provincia, Mr. Matteo Renzi, and the Consulate General of Great Britian, Ms. Moira MacFarlane.
Performances are free, and we urge you to bring your friends and Family to this special holiday show
Alice in Wonderland
Our last adventure was one of the best loved children’s books of all time – Alice in Wonderland. This multimedia production featured a cast of some of Florence’s finest actors from Italy and from around the world, with over SIXTY TWO characters, live music, dancers, and nine of Florence’s children, in a special bilingual adaptation meant to be understood by the whole audience!
We are currently planning a revival of Alice in August, 2009. Keep your eyes on our site for more information!
